Fees apply to your purchase and use of the Xpectations!® Plus Debit Mastercard®. See Deposit Account Agreement for terms and conditions at PLScard.com/agreements. The Xpectations!® Plus Debit Mastercard® is issued by Green Dot Bank d/b/a GO2bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard and the circles design are registered trademarks of Mastercard International Incorporated. Green Dot Bank also operates under the following registered trade names: GO2bank, GoBank and Bonneville Bank. All other registered trade names are used by, and refer to, a single FDIC-insured bank, Green Dot Bank. Deposits under any of these trade names are deposits with Green Dot Bank and are aggregated for deposit insurance coverage up to the allowable limits. Online access and identity verification (including Social Security, TIN or select US ID type or Foreign ID types) is required for card activation and to open an account. Mobile number or email address verification and mobile app are required to access all features.

1. Monthly fee waived whenever you receive payroll or government benefits direct deposits of $500+ in the previous monthly statement period. Otherwise, $5 per month.
2. See app or website for free ATM locations. $3 for out-of-network withdrawals, plus any additional fees the ATM owner or bank may charge. Limits apply.
3. There is no charge for cash reloads at PLS Check Cashers locations. Individual retailers other than PLS Check Cashers locations may charge a fee.
4. Opt-in required. Account must be in good standing and chip-enabled debit card activated to opt-in. Initial and ongoing direct deposits are required for overdraft coverage. Additional criteria may apply which can affect your eligibility and your overdraft coverage. Overdrafts are paid at our discretion. Overdraft fees may cause your account to be overdrawn by an amount that is greater than your overdraft coverage. A $15 fee may apply to each eligible purchase transaction that brings your account negative. Balance must be brought to at least $0 within 24 hours of authorization of the fi¬rst transaction that overdraws your account to avoid a fee. Learn more at PLScard.com/agreements.
5. Early direct deposit availability depends on payor type, timing, payment instructions, and bank fraud prevention measures. As such, early direct deposit availability may vary from pay period to pay period. The name, Social Security, TIN or select US ID type or Foreign ID type number on file with your employer or benefits provider must match your Xpectations! Plus Debit Card account to prevent fraud restrictions on the account.
6. Money in a savings account cannot be used for purchases, cash withdrawals or to cover overdrafts until funds are transferred back to your deposit account. Account balance limits apply.
7. Fees apply when you withdraw cash from your Xpectations! Plus Debit Card. Visit a store for fee information.
8. Customer can transfer their funds from another debit card or bank account to their Xpectations! Plus Debit Card account in minutes for a small fee. Limits apply to bank transfers and are subject to your bank's restrictions and fees. Bank account verification services provided by Plaid. Activated, personalized debit card required to make a bank transfer. See Deposit Account Agreement at PLScard.com/agreements for more details.
9. Not available to residents outside of the 50 States and D.C. No minimum balance required.
10. Message and data rates may apply.
11. Previously authorized transactions and deposits/transfers to your account will function with a locked card.
12. Faster access to funds is based on comparison of traditional banking policies and deposit of paper checks from government agencies versus deposits made electronically. Direct Deposit and earlier availability of funds is subject to payer's support of the feature and timing of payer's funding.
13. There is no card purchase fee when customers switch from an Xpectations! Prepaid Mastercard to an Xpectations! Plus Debit Mastercard. All other fees will apply in accordance with the Deposit Account Agreement.
