Our Customer Commitment during COVID-19

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) concern continues, we take the safety and well-being of our customers and staff very seriously. PLS has always maintained clean store locations for our customers and we care deeply about the health and safety of everyone in our community. PLS remains committed to providing our customers with the products and service they’ve come to expect from us.

We are taking preventative measures to help keep our stores clean for the safety and well-being of our customers and staff. Stores are cleaned multiple times during the day, which includes using sanitizing solutions in high-touch, high-traffic areas. Employees will continue to focus on maintaining high touch areas throughout the day. We are sending additional cleaning supplies to our stores to ensure all stores are well stocked for high traffic times throughout the day.

We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for additional guidance. PLS is also adjusting internal policies to provide our employees with the guidance, resources and flexibility they need during this time. PLS has been deemed to be an essential business in many of the states we service, and we will continue to remain open. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in most locations.
